All San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Clara, Campbell, Los Gatos and Saratoga women and men ages 18-80 (and teens ages 15-17 with parental permission) who want to lose weight quickly, safely and permanently, and truly get "Your Best Body" by following a proven 8-week exercise and nutrition program, under the supervision and with the support of one of The Bay Area's leading Body Transformation Experts, Audra Baker, Kristen Nolan and their teams of certified bad-ass personal trainers.

8-weeks ago there was still a billion excuses in the way, never enough time, and always putting myself and my body on the bottom of a very long list of to-do’s.
There were definitely results even after two-weeks of going to bootcamp regularly. On the first day, I could barely do a few lunges without losing my balance, and was so winded from the cardio that I thought I was going to faint. But then my energy was improved throughout the day and overall.

FAQ's
Can I bring my friends?YES, Please!!!! These Challenges are WAY more fun with friends and family. Also, don't forget about your coworkers, too. This is a great opportunity to get the whole office healthy and fit for the New Year.
What if I go out of town for a week or two because of vacation? This is YOUR CHALLENGE. If you head out of town, I imagine that this would be the perfect opportunity for you to learn how to go on vacation without "blowing it". Imagine how great it would feel to stay active even while you're away, and to eat CONSCIOUSLY so as to ENJOY the food you eat, as opposed to having a hay-day and feeling bloated and crappy the whole trip. I say: go on vacation AND do the challenge! You'll be sooooo glad you did!
Is the Challenge really FREE?Yes, the challenge is really FREE! Your only cost to join the challenge is a minimum $20 donation to the Boys and Girls Clubs (which happens to be an awesome organization that I am so thrilled to be able to support). We decided however to offer different "result-levels" this go around to make sure everyone gets the most out of this challenge AND will actually see great results. You can choose the level that's right for you. I would rather have people join who are serious about being there and see the INSANE VALUE AND EXPERTISE that we offer. You'll have the opportunity to pay for the minimum $20 donation and see our higher "results-level" once you register (click either the San Francisco or San Jose button below to register)
